"Fiscal Accountability" is much more than just a campaign slogan.

And it is up to The People to hold our elected officials -- and those who want to be elected -- accountable.

And a great start is at the beginning: Understanding how candidates for elected offices finance (get the money) and then report (account for the money they spend) on their election campaigns.
